Enterprise Project Winner Announcement - Galaxy of Toys

posted 8 Dec 2016, 12:35 by Maria Cross

We were visited by "The Dragon's" who came to judge our enterprise project. They were highly complimentary of the pupils in year 5, which made judging the children's achievements a very difficult task. However in the end they chose Galaxy of Toys as the winners.
This group will now go forward to compete against other pupils from each of the Nantwich schools in the New Year. Congratulations to Isabel, Ethan, Rose, Henry and Tal and their fantastic sock puppets and accessories.
May I thank all of the pupils and parents for their enthusiasm and financial contributions. All profits will go to St Luke's Hospice.

Yr 5 have been busy making their own products to sell. They held their first sale at lunch today. They will be holding three more sales next week. Every group is already running at a profit. Alan Sugar should be looking here for his next apprentice as we are clearly a talented bunch of young people.
