Letter formation homework

posted 7 Oct 2018, 07:31 by Hayley Rogers

Thank-you for working so hard with your children on these each weekend. It really does help. The more they work on the sounds and letter formation the more confident they will become in sounding out words and having a go at writing words. We are trying to get children to identify the initial sounds in words - especially if they are words that begin with sounds we have learnt.

Can you help?

Can we build it?

posted 29 Sep 2018, 05:55 by Hayley Rogers

Of course we can!! We have changed our topic to link in with the exciting development of our outdoor provision. We have a builders yard and merchants as our class role play and have enjoyed using the digger and dumper trucks in the tuff trays. The children were very excited by the arrival of the builders outside and got to watch them demolish the old outdoor area. We can't wait to see the new provision go up this week!
